But we’ve learnt not to pay too much attention to what manufacturers say about their own products.
Instead, we find that it’s better to focus on the important things such as the ingredients formula and customer reviews.
So, with that in mind, let’s move on to the next important part of our Complete Pre Workout review – the ingredients formula.
Let’s kick off this important part of our review by taking a close look at the actual ingredients formula as shown on the packet of Complete Pre Workout.
We should start off by praising Bulk Powders for opting not to use a proprietary blend for this supplement.
This is great news, as we never like it when supplement manufacturers opt not to include the doses.
We generally advise that you stay away from supplements that use proprietary blends, so it’s great to see that it’s not the case with Complete Pre Workout.

• Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate – Also known as AAK, this is a popular pre workout ingredient. Each serving of Complete Pre Workout contains three grams of AAK.
• Citrulline Malate – An amino acid found in watermelons, this is a very popular pre workout ingredient, and it’s one of our favorites too. It’s great to find it in the Complete Pre Workout formula, at a dose of 2.5g per serving (this could be a little higher in our opinion).
• Beta Alanine – This is a common pre workout supplement that is found in a lot of the top products in this category. It’s a decent inclusion and it was good to find it in the CompleTe Pre Workout formula.
• L-Tyrosine – An ingredient which is in a lot of the top pre workouts, including the female option Powher. It’s a decent inclusion.
• BCAA – Branched Chain Amino Acids are commonly used as pre and post workout supplements on their own, so it was good to see them included in this particular product. That being said, they are not the most common pre workout ingredients.
Although the Complete Pre Workout formula does have some decent things in it, it was a shame to also find some things missing as well.
For example, there were no B Vitamins at all included in the Complete Pre Workout formula.
In case you didn’t know, Vitamins B6 and B12, for example, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as well as normal energy release.
It was also something of a surprise not to find any Creatine in this supplement at all. Most of the top pre workouts use at least some Creatine as an ingredient.

We took a look on Amazon to see what real customers were saying about Complete Pre Workout.
At the time of writing, it had an average rating of 2.9 out of 5 stars, from 14 customer reviews. That seems not great to us.
One five-star review came from somebody who rated it five stars and said that they loved it.
However, a more negative review came from someone who rated it one star and said that the fact that the 100g packet only contained four servings was a “joke”.
