Cellucor C4 Sport is a pre workout supplement sold on Amazon and elsewhere online that has been designed to help support your fitness goals.

Pre workout supplements have become incredibly popular in recent years and there are now more products than ever on sale to help support your goals.

Cellucor are one of the most popular supplement companies around, and we’ve already reviewed lots of their products here at Human Window.

If you’re looking to find out everything there is to know about Cellucor C4 Sport, then you’ve landed on the right page.

This Cellucor C4 Sport review is going to focus on all of the important things that you need to know about this particular supplement as we look to see where it stands in comparison to the best pre workout supplements on the market right now.

We’re going to be paying particularly close attention to the ingredients formula, the customer reviews and the dosages as we look to see whether this product lives up to the hype or not.

So, with the introductions out of the way, let’s start taking a closer look at Cellucor C4 Sport to see where it stands.

Cellucor C4 Sport Pre Workout – The Basics

As we have already mentioned, Cellucor C4 Sport is a pre workout supplement that’s available on Amazon and through some other retailers.

Cellucor are one of the biggest names in the supplements industry, and they generally have a pretty good reputation.

You can buy Cellucor C4 Sport on Amazon, where it costs around $20 for a 30 serving tub.

It’s currently available in a number of different flavors, including:

• Blue Raspberry
• Fruit Punch
• Watermelon

The marketing material on the official Cellucor website says that C4 Sport has been specifically designed to help support your goals to get you through the “toughest moments” of your fitness journey.

The description continues by saying that C4 Sport has been specifically designed to be taken before periods of exercise.

The directions simply say that you should take the supplement 30 minutes before starting your training or exercise session.

It also claims that this supplement will simply help to support you as you look to smash your workout goals this year.

So, this all sounds pretty good to us so far, but we’ve learnt not to pay too much attention to what manufacturers say about their own products.

Instead, it’s better to focus on the important things such as the ingredients formula and the customer reviews.

With that in mind, let’s move on to the next important part of the Cellucor C4 Pre Workout review.

The Ingredients

Let’s begin this part by taking a close look at the actual ingredients label of the Cellucor C4 Pre Workout, as shown on the tub.

The Cellucor C4 Sport ingredients label. It's a shame to see that Cellucor have used proprietary blends with this supplement

Firstly, we must admit that we were disappointed to see that this supplement uses a proprietary blend.

This is where the manufacturer chooses to hide the doses of certain ingredients in the formula rather than be totally transparent with their customers.

This is not idea, and we generally advise staying away from supplements that use proprietary blends, because we feel that manufacturers should be transparent with their customers.

Anyway, let’s now focus on some of the main ingredients in the Cellucor C4 Sport formula.

• Vitamins B6 and B12 – We always like to see B Vitamins used in supplements like this. That’s because they play an important role in a number of bodily processes. For example, Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

• Calcium – This is also another fairly common pre workout ingredient. It’s a decent inclusion in the Cellucor C4 Sport ingredients formula, because Calcium contributes to normal energy release and normal muscle function.

• Creatine Monohydrate – One of the most common pre workout ingredients. Creatine is a good inclusion in the formula, it’s just a shame that we don’t actually know the dose used because of the proprietary blend. Still, it’s a good inclusion in the formula.

• Beta-Alanine – This is another pretty common pre workout ingredient. You’ll find it in most of the top pre workout supplements on the market these days, so it wasn’t a surprise to find it in the C4 Sport formula.

• Caffeine Anhydrous (135mg) – You probably need no introduction to Caffeine as an ingredient. It’s used by millions worldwide on a daily basis and it has a number of benefits. Each serving of C4 Sport contains 135mg of Caffeine, which is a sensible amount. We usually recommend a dose of 100mg to 150mg, so this is right in the middle.

• Taurine – This is a common ingredient in many commercially-available energy drinks, so you can probably see why it’s been included in the ingredients formula here.

What’s Missing?

The Cellucor C4 Sport pre workout formula does have some pretty good things in it, even if it is a bit disappointing that it uses a proprietary blend.

However, it would have been nice to see a few of our other favorite pre workout ingredients included in the supplement.

For example, there was no Coconut Water Powder, Beet Root Extract or L-Carnitine in this supplement.

Cellucor C4 Sport Pre Workout Reviews

We took a look on Amazon to see what real customers were saying about Cellucor C4 Sport.

At the time of writing, it had an average rating of 4 out of 5 stars from about 130 reviews.

One happy customer said that they loved the product and that it helped them to workout harder and stronger, which sounds pretty good.

Someone else, however, just left a one-star review and said that the flavor is not as good as the other pre workout supplements they’ve taken.

What About Side Effects?

You should always carefully check the ingredients label before thinking about taking any new supplement to make sure that you’re not allergic to anything in the formula.

The main thing to be wary of when it comes to pre workout side effects is the overuse of stimulants such as Caffeine.

The 135mg dose of Caffeine in Cellucor C4 Sport is a pretty sensible one, so there’s no need to worry too much about that.

We always strongly recommend that you speak to your doctor before thinking about taking any new supplement for the first time.

Is This The Best Pre Workout For Me?

We don’t currently rate Cellucor C4 Sport as one of the very best pre workout supplements on the market right now.

It has some decent ingredients but we feel that it’s let down badly by the fact that it uses a proprietary blend to hide the doses of a lot of the ingredients in the formula.

Anything Else To Consider?

Just remember that a supplement cannot solve all of your workout problems for you.

You should always make sure that you’re sticking to a good diet and training regularly before thinking about taking any new supplement for the first time.

A good pre workout can help to support you as you look to hit your goals, but it will still have to be your good self lifting the weights, and staying disciplined in both the gym and the kitchen.

That said, a good pre workout supplement can be an excellent addition to your regimen if you’re already making sensible choices.

Review Conclusion – Final Thoughts

That brings us to the end of our Cellucor C4 Sport review.

Overall, we think that this is a decent pre workout supplement that has a lot of good things in it.

However, we feel that it’s let down badly by the fact that it uses a proprietary blend, so we don’t quite recommend it as one of the best pre workout supplements on the market right now.
