• Beet Root Extract – This is a good inclusion for any pre workout supplement. Beet Root Extract is commonly included in the top pre workout supplements and it’s a good inclusion.
• Citrulline Malate – This is another good ingredient. You’ll find Citrulline Malate in many pre workout supplements and it’s another solid inclusion in the pre workout formula for Crush.
• Grape Seed Extract – We’ve not come across Grape Seed Extract in too many pre workout supplements before. That said, it is claimed to have some health benefits, so it’s probably not the worst ingredient for a supplement like this one.
• Carnitine Tartrate – Again, Carnitine is a fairly common pre workout ingredient that makes it into some of the top products in this category. It’s a solid inclusion in the Crush Pre Workout formula.
The Crush Pre Workout supplement formula has some pretty good things going for it. It has some good inclusions such as Caffeine and Citrulline Malate.
However, we were also disappointed to see that some of our favorite ingredients for a pre workout supplement didn’t make it into the formula.
For example, it was disappointing not to find any B Vitamins in this Crush Pre Workout supplement.

We did some digging online to see what real customers were saying about Crush Pre Workout.
At the time of writing, it had an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars from 131 reviews.
That’s pretty good and it seems to be a well-received product amongst customers.
