EBoost Pow is a pre workout supplement that has been specifically formulated to help you get the most out of your time spent in the gym.

In case you didn’t know, pre workout supplements are products that have been specifically formulated to be taken before periods of exercise.

If you’re looking to find out whether EBoost Pow is a supplement worth trying or not, then you’re in the right place.

Our EBoost Pow review is going to focus on everything you need to know about this particular supplement as we look to find out where it ranks in comparison to the best pre workout supplements on the market right now.

We’re going to be paying particularly close attention to the ingredients formula, the customer reviews and the side effects as we look to find out exactly where this particular product stands.

There are loads of differing pre workouts on sale these days and that means more choice than ever when it comes to picking a supplement in this category.

However, not all products are created equal, and hopefully this EBoost Pow review will help you to make a decision about this product.

So, without any further ado, let’s begin taking a closer look ad EBoost Pow to see where it stands in comparison to the best products out there right now.

EBoost Pow – The Basics

As we have already mentioned, EBoost Pow is a pre workout supplement that’s been designed to be taken before periods of exercise to help support your goals.

Pre workout supplements usually come in powders and are designed to be mixed with water and drunk before your sessions.

Best pre workout supplements
We've picked out the top five leading pre workout supplements on the market right now.

That’s the case with EBoost Pow. It comes in a pink tub and claims to be “your workout crusher”.

We’re assuming by the branding that this product is targeted at women, but it could presumably be taken by both men and women.

It currently comes in two flavors:

• Melon Berry Fizz
• Tropical Punch

You can find EBoost Pow on Amazon, where it costs around $33 for a 15-serving tub. This makes it one of the higher-priced pre workout supplements out there right now.

According to the promotional material on Amazon, this supplement has been designed to be taken before every kind of workout, which sounds pretty good.

So, the promotional material surrounding EBoost Pow is certainly impressive.

But we’ve learnt not to give too much credit to what manufacturers say about their own products.

Instead, it’s better to focus on the important things such as the ingredients label and customer reviews.

So, with that in mind, let’s start taking a close look at the actual substances found in this pre workout to see where it ranks.

The Ingredients

Let’s kick off this section by taking a close look at the actual ingredients label as printed on the tub of EBoost Pow.

The Eboost Pow ingredients formula. It's great that this pre workout doesn't use a proprietary blend
The Eboost Pow ingredients formula. It’s great that this pre workout doesn’t use a proprietary blend

Firstly, we should praise the manufacturers for going against the trend and not using a proprietary blend with this supplement.

This means that we know exactly how much of each ingredient is included, and this is good news.

We generally recommend staying away from supplements that use proprietary blends, so it’s great to see that EBoost Pow have decided not to use one here.

Let’s now focus on the main ingredients in the EBoost Pow formula.

• Calcium – This is a fairly common pre workout ingredient. It’s not a bad inclusion because Calcium contributes to normal energy release and normal muscle function, so you can see why it’s been included in a pre workout formula.

• Potassium – Another decent inclusion. In case you didn’t know, Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, as well as the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

• Beta-Alanine – This is another common pre workout ingredient and one we like to see. It is used in the popular female pre workout Pohwer and is thought to have a number of benefits.

• L-Theanine – This is an amino acid found in tea leaves. It’s often paired with Caffeine in the same supplement, as is the case with EBoost Pow.

• Natural Caffeine – We always like to see Caffeine used in supplements like this. That said, the dose is important. Too little, and you won’t feel the effects. Too much, and you’re at risk of experiencing side effects. The 175mg dose here is OK, but we would have preferred it to be a little lighter, say around 100mg.

• 5-HTP – This is a fairly common supplement ingredient. It’s sold in health stores as its own supplement and is thought to have some benefits. That said, we’ve not come across it in too many pre workout supplements before.

• Beet Root Juice Powder – A good ingredient. Beet Root Extract is regularly found in the top supplements in this category and so we were happy to find it in the EBoost Pow formula.

What’s Missing?

The EBoost Pow formula is a pretty good one. It has some good ingredients such as Beta Alanine and Beet Root Extract.

That said, there were a few things missing too.

Firstly, we would have loved to have seen some B Vitamins used in this supplement.

In case you didn’t know, Vitamins B6 and B12 both contribute to normal energy release and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Also, it was a shame not to find any L-Carnitine in this supplement, as it’s one of the first things we look for in a product like this.

EBoost Pow Reviews

We did a little bit of digging online to see what real customers were saying about EBoost Pow.

At the time of writing, it had 98 reviews on Amazon, with an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars.

One person left a five star review and said that it helped to give them a great boost to support their workouts.

However, a more negative review came from someone who left a one-star review and said that it made their stomach feel bad.

Generally speaking, the feedback seems to be pretty positive overall.

What About Side Effects?

As always, you should always carefully check the label to make sure that you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients before taking any new supplement for the first time.

The main thing to be wary of when it comes to pre workout side effects is the overuse of stimulants such as Caffeine.

Too much Caffeine can cause problems. The 175mg dose is a little bit on the high side for our liking, so this is something to bear in mind, especially if you’re consuming Caffeine from other sources.

We strongly recommend that you speak to your doctor before thinking about taking any new supplements for the first time.

Is This The Best Pre Workout For Me?

The EBoost Pow Pre Workout supplement has some good things going for it.

It doesn’t use a proprietary blend and it has some good ingredients in the formula.

However, we don’t quite rate it as one of the very best pre workout supplements on the market right now.

To see the products that do make our list, check out our guide via the link below.

Anything Else To Consider?

Just remember that a supplement is not going to do the hard work for you.

You should always make sure that you’re sticking to sensible lifestyle choices before thinking about taking any new supplements for the first time.

That means making sure that you’re eating well, training hard and getting enough rest.

A supplement can help to support your goals, but they are not magic solutions. You’re overall lifestyle choices are more important.

Review Conclusion – Final Thoughts

That brings us to the end of our EBoost Pow Pre Workout supplement review.

Overall, we think that this is a pretty good supplement.

It has some good ingredients and seems to be well received by customers.

That said, we don’t currently rate it as one of the very best products out there right now, mainly because the Caffeine dose is little high and it doesn’t include any B Vitamins.

But EBoost Pow is certainly not a bad pre workout supplement.
