According to the promotional material on Amazon, this supplement has been designed to be taken before every kind of workout, which sounds pretty good.
So, the promotional material surrounding EBoost Pow is certainly impressive.
But we’ve learnt not to give too much credit to what manufacturers say about their own products.
Instead, it’s better to focus on the important things such as the ingredients label and customer reviews.
So, with that in mind, let’s start taking a close look at the actual substances found in this pre workout to see where it ranks.
Let’s kick off this section by taking a close look at the actual ingredients label as printed on the tub of EBoost Pow.
Firstly, we should praise the manufacturers for going against the trend and not using a proprietary blend with this supplement.
This means that we know exactly how much of each ingredient is included, and this is good news.
We generally recommend staying away from supplements that use proprietary blends, so it’s great to see that EBoost Pow have decided not to use one here.

• Natural Caffeine – We always like to see Caffeine used in supplements like this. That said, the dose is important. Too little, and you won’t feel the effects. Too much, and you’re at risk of experiencing side effects. The 175mg dose here is OK, but we would have preferred it to be a little lighter, say around 100mg.
• 5-HTP – This is a fairly common supplement ingredient. It’s sold in health stores as its own supplement and is thought to have some benefits. That said, we’ve not come across it in too many pre workout supplements before.
• Beet Root Juice Powder – A good ingredient. Beet Root Extract is regularly found in the top supplements in this category and so we were happy to find it in the EBoost Pow formula.
The EBoost Pow formula is a pretty good one. It has some good ingredients such as Beta Alanine and Beet Root Extract.
That said, there were a few things missing too.
Firstly, we would have loved to have seen some B Vitamins used in this supplement.
In case you didn’t know, Vitamins B6 and B12 both contribute to normal energy release and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Also, it was a shame not to find any L-Carnitine in this supplement, as it’s one of the first things we look for in a product like this.

We did a little bit of digging online to see what real customers were saying about EBoost Pow.
At the time of writing, it had 98 reviews on Amazon, with an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars.
