Today we’re going to be reviewing the Eve Premium Mattress, the high-end offering from the popular sleep brand.
Eve has been around since 2014 and they have established themselves as one of the biggest players in the European mattress market since then.

As you have probably already guessed, the Eve Premium Mattress is one of the more expensive memory foam mattresses out there – but does it live up to his hefty price tag?
This review is going to focus on all of the key things you need to know about this particular mattress, from what it’s made of, to what if feels like and what real customers are saying about it.
We’re going to compare all of the important aspects of the mattress to see whether it deserves a spot on our list of the best memory foam mattresses on sale right now.
So, with the introductions out of the way, let’s start taking a look at the Eve Premium Mattress in a bit more detail.

Eve Premium Mattress – The Basics
As we have already mentioned, the Eve Premium is the high-end offering by Eve Sleep.
It’s not unusual for established mattress brands to branch out from their original products and offer more options tailored to different people and needs.
The marketing material on the official Eve website describes the Eve Premium as being the number one tool to help you to “discover” your most indulgent sleep.
It claims to use “beautiful details” and the “newest technology” to give you everything you need to support a restful night’s sleep.
As you’ve already guessed, the Eve Premium is significantly more expensive than the Eve Original.
The Eve Premium uses four layers of memory foam to offer contouring and support to help you drift off at night.
The marketing material on the official website claims that the Eve Premium offers “instant pressure relief” because it uses foam that’s not ever been used in the UK before.
It claims to offer “deep, plush cushioning” and offer support for all types of sleepers, whether you prefer to lie on your side, stomach or back.
One thing that stood out to us in the marketing material is that the mattress claims to have been designed to help keep you at the perfect temperature during the night.
Generally speaking, memory foam mattresses tend to have a bit of a reputation for feeling hotter than traditional mattresses, so it’s great to see that Eve have addressed this by using foams that “actively cool you down”.
Eve also say that the Premium has been specifically designed to suit all types of sleepers, whether you prefer to snooze on your side, back or stomach.
We must say that this is somewhat unlikely, as most mattresses tend to suit either side or stomach sleepers better. As a general rule, side sleepers usually prefer a softer mattress, while stomach sleepers tend to go for slightly firmer options.
The Eve Premium is 28cm (just over 11 inches) thick, which makes it far thicker than a lot of the other mattresses out there in this category, which tend to come in at around 10 inches or less.
The mattress is topped by a soft quilted cover which has tiny silver stands woven into it to make it antibacterial and antimicrobial. It’s made from 97% polyester, 2% elastane and 1% silver, and can be unzipped and machine washed to keep it fresh.
So, at this point you may be wondering what makes the Eve Premium so special? Let’s now take a look at the layers it’s made of to see what’s under the hood.
1) Floatfoam layer with cooling – For immediate pressure relief and cooling.
2) Memory foam layer with active cooling – To relieve pressure and actively remove heat.
3) Support layer of foam – Firmer foam to help keep your spine aligned.
4) High-Density Poly Foam Base – Strong zoned support base.
You may have noticed that the HD Poly Foam base is ‘zoned’. This simply means that certain parts of the foam have been cut into to offer pressure relief around your shoulders and hips in particular.
So, the Eve Premium is certainly ticking a lot of boxes so far. However, we prefer not to pay too much attention to what the manufacturer is saying about the product and instead focus on what the mattress is made of and what real customers are saying about it.
With that in mind, let’s move on to the next important section of our Eve Premium review.
What Does The Eve Premium Mattress Feel Like?
Like most of the memory foam mattresses out there right now, the Eve Premium is rated as a ‘medium-firm’ mattress, which is “deeply cushioned”.
The top two layers offer some significant cushioning and give to give it a subtle ‘hugging’ feel, and the layers beneath offer strong feeling of overall support.
The Eve Premium comes in at around a 6.3 on the firmness scale, with 10 being the firmest.
It offers good support and cushioning in the side and back sleeping positions, but stomach sleepers may find this mattress to be a little bit too soft for their liking.
All in all, it’s a relatively firm mattress that offers some immediate cushioning from its top two layers.
• High Quality, Premium Details – The Eve Premium really does set itself apart when it comes to the quality of construction and the product overall. The silver-infused cover also added a quality feel.
• Thicker Mattress – The Eve Premium is 11 inches thick. This sets it apart from most of the other similar mattresses out there, which tend to be 10 inches or less.
• 100 Night Home Trial – Like all of Eve’s products, the Eve Premium comes with a 100-night home trial and a 10-year warranty. The home trial means that you can return it for a refund if you’re not happy with it within the first 100 nights.
• Premium Price – There’s no getting away from the price tag with this product. It’s clearly one of the most expensive memory foam mattresses on the market right now. That being said, it’s worth keeping a close eye on the official Eve website, as they tend to offer some pretty good discounts now and then.
• May Not Suit Stomach Sleepers – The slightly softer feel of the top two layers of the Eve Premium means that this mattress may not perfectly suit stomach sleepers, who tend to prefer a firmer mattress overall. Check out the Casper Essential as a firmer memory foam mattress option if you sleep on your stomach.

Eve Premium Mattress Reviews
The Eve Premium Mattress is available to buy on Amazon.co.uk but there are not yet any customer reviews of it.
This makes it a little bit tricky to judge feedback, as the other reviews of the Eve products featured online tend to refer to the Original mattress and not the newer additions to the lines.
On the official Eve website, the Eve Premium has an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars, which is pretty good.
One happy customer left a five-star review and said that they had been sleeping happily on the Eve Premium for six weeks.
The most negative review we could find came from somebody who rated it one star and said that they were very disappointed by the courier service.
It’s probably worth taking the reviews on the official website with a pinch of salt, as it’s not clear whether they have been moderated /filtered or not.
Anything Else To Consider?
The only way to be sure as to whether a mattress is right for you is to sleep on it for a few nights.
Reviews can help you to make a decision but in the end, you’ll have to try out the mattress for yourself to see if it’s best suited to you or not. The 100 night trial which comes with all Eve products takes the worry out of spending big on a mattress you’ve not used before.
The other thing to bear in mind is that despite Eve’s moves to make this mattress as cool as possible, memory foam mattresses in general do tend to feel a little bit hotter than other more traditional mattresses.
It’s important to bear this in mind, as some people can be surprised by the hotter feel of memory foam products.
Review Conclusion – Final Thoughts
So, that brings us to the end of our Eve Premium Mattress review.
This really is a quality product with a luxurious feel to it.
It uses very high quality foams to offer support and cushioning, without being too firm for side sleepers.
Overall, we think that this mattress would be better suited to side and back sleepers, with stomach sleepers likely to find it a tad too soft.
If you’re looking for a premium memory foam mattress to add to your bedroom, then look no further than the Eve Premium.
