Hydroxycut Titanium is a popular supplement made by MuscleTech.

The Hydroxycut range is one of the most popular lines of supplements in the USA and it’s hard to do any research into the best so-called ‘fat burner’ supplements without coming across at least one of MuscleTech’s products.

The Hydroxycut range is available at multiple online outlets, as well as in some stores such as CVS in the United States.

Before we get started, it’s important to realise that most of the supplements in this category, including the one featured on this page, have not been proven to help with fat loss and fat burning.

They are supplements designed to support your goals and that usually contain a number of plant extracts and other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.

We found Hydroxycut Titanium on the best selling supplements section of bodybuilding.com, so naturally we wanted to take a close look at the product to see where it stands in relation to the best products on the market.

Hydroxycut Titanium claims to help to support your goals by using “researched” ingredients to help get you into shape.

The purpose of this Hydroxycut Titanium review is for us to take a close and detailed look at this supplement from all angles so that we can determine where it ranks in comparison to the leading products on the market right now.

We’re going to focus on all of the important factors, including the ingredients formula and customer reviews as we look to see where Hydroxycut Titanium stands.

Best fat burner supplements
We've picked out the top five leading supplements on the market right now to support your goals.

So, with the introductions out of the way, it’s now time to start taking a close look at this supplement to see whether it can live up to the hype or not.

Hydroxycut Titanium – The Basics

As we’ve already deduced, Hydroxycut Titanium is part of the popular Hydroxycut fat burner range made by MuscleTech.

There are loads of Hydroxycut products out there, and Hydroxycut Titanium is one of the latest ones to be added to the range.

It uses liquid capsules to help deliver a dose of ingredients to help support you on your journey.

Hydroxycut Platinum is claimed to promote three main benefits to help support your goals.

Hydroxycut Titanium promises to deliver “cutting edge” ingredients to help support you and help you to hit your goals faster.

Whether a supplement can live up to the marketing hype or not usually comes down to the ingredients formula used.

So now let’s take a close look at the ingredients used by Hydroxycut Titanium to see whether the formula can deliver on the promises or not.

The Ingredients

Let’s begin this part by taking a close look at the actual ingredients formula used by Hydroxycut Titanium as per the actual ingredients label on the bottle.

The good thing we can immediately deduce from a quick glance at the label is the fact that Hydroxycut Titanium doesn’t use a proprietary blend, meaning that we can see the exact doses of the ingredients used on the label.

• Caffeine Anhydrous – A good ingredient for any supplement like this. Caffeine is a potent stimulant which you probably don’t need any introduction to at all. You won’t want to work out if you’re feeling groggy and drained.

• C. Canephora Robusta Bean Extract – Another name for Green Coffee Bean extract. It’s another solid ingredient for a supplement like this because unroasted coffee beans are rich in a substance called Chlorogenic Acid.

• Black Pepper Extract – A good ingredient for any kind of supplement. Black Pepper Extract is usually added to the top products in this category and it can help to make for a more effective product overall.

• Satsuma Mandarin Concentrate – We’ve not found this ingredient in many supplements before. Satsuma Mandarin is high in Vitamin C, but there is little to no evidence to suggest that it will actually help with the primary purpose of this product.

• Coleus Forskohlii – A chemical taken from the root of the plant which goes by the same name. It has been linked with some benefits, but it’s not one of our top rated ingredients.

• Black Ginger – Ginger is a common supplement ingredient these days. It’s not the most commonly used ingredient, but it’s certainly not the worst either.

• Longan Extract – This is an interesting inclusion which we’ve not ever seen used in any supplements before. It’s a fruit used as a herbal remedy and is believed to have certain benefits.

• Galangal Extract – Galangal is a member of the ginger family and is native to Indonesia. It is believed that it can help to promote promote certain things, and it’s not really a common ingredient for supplements like this.

What’s Missing?

Hydroxycut Titanium does contain a handful of decent ingredients, but there are also quite a few things missing from this supplement in our opinion.

Here are the main ingredients that we would have liked to have seen included in Hydroxycut Titanium:

• Cayenne Pepper
• Green Tea Extract
• Glucomannan

It was a real shame not to find any Cayenne Pepper in Hydroxycut Titanium because it’s one of the best ingredients around. Most of the top products in this category contain at least some Black Pepper Extract.

Green Tea Extract is a great ingredient and is usually found in the best products in this category. It was a shame not to find it in the Hydroxycut Titanium formula.

Finally, Glucomannan is a dietary fiber extracted from the root of the Konjac plant which will help to support your goals.

Hydroxycut Titanium Reviews

Being one of the popular products on bodybuilding.com, we found plenty of Hydroxycut Titanium reviews on the website.

At the time of writing, it had an average rating of 9.5 out of 10 from 115 reviews. That’s pretty positive to us, but it’s not clear whether the reviews are moderated or not.

One person said that it was one of the best products they had ever used, while someone else claimed that it brought them a nice improvement to their daily routine.

There were some more negative reviews, though, as one person claimed that the product was not as effective as some of the other reviews suggested.

Hydroxycut Titanium Side Effects

The main thing to be wary of when it comes to the side effects of this kind of supplements is the overuse of stimulants such as Caffeine.

The daily dose of Caffeine if you take the maximum number of four capsules per day is 500mg, which is too much in our opinion.

Too much Caffeine has been known to cause problems such as energy crashes and the jitters, and we always recommend that you go for a supplement that doesn’t use more than 300mg per day.

We do also recommend that you do your own research into the ingredients of any supplement that you’re considering trying for the first time.

It’s also a good idea to speak to your doctor before taking any new supplement for the first time.

Is This The Best Supplement For Me?

Not really. Hydroxycut Titanium does contain a few good ingredients and certainly has strong customer reviews. However, it’s missing a lot of our top rated ingredients, and the Caffeine content is too high.

Anything Else To Consider?

You should never expect a supplement to do all of the hard work for you.

The simple truth is that you should always first make sure that your diet and training regime are on point before considering adding a new supplement to your regimen.

That being said, if you’re training hard, eating right and getting plenty of rest already (or you’re planning to!) then adding a high quality supplement to your daily routine can indeed make a big difference to your results.

Review Conclusion – Final Thoughts

That brings us to the end of our Hydroxycut Titanium review.

Overall, this is a decent supplement but it’s missing too many ingredients and is loaded with too much Caffeine for us to consider it as one of the very best out there right now.

It has some strong reviews, but the ingredients formula does not challenge the leading products on the market right now in our opinion.

Simply put, if you’re looking to add a quality supplement to your regime, then your money would probably be better spent elsewhere.
