Priced at almost $60, Ladyboss Fuel is certainly one of the more expensive pre workout supplements on the market right now.

But does it live up to the hype? If you’re looking to find out everything there is to know about Ladyboss Fuel, then you’re in the right place.

There are so many pre workout supplements on sale these days, but not many of them have been specifically designed for women, so this is always refreshing to see.

So how does Ladyboss Fuel compare to the leading pre workout supplements on the market right now?

The purpose of this Ladyboss Fuel review is for us to take a close look at this particular pre workout from all angles to see where it stands.

We’re going to be concentrating on the ingredients formula, the dosages and the customer reviews as we look to gather an wide-ranging look at this particular supplement.

So, with the introductions out of the way, it’s time to start taking a close look at Ladyboss Fuel to see how good it really is.

Ladyboss Fuel – The Basics

As we’ve already mentioned, Ladyboss Fuel is a pre workout supplement designed specifically for women.

It’s refreshing to come across a supplement that has been specifically formulated with women in mind.

In case you didn’t already know, pre workout supplements are products that are generally designed to be consumed before periods of exercise to help support your fitness goals.

Ladyboss have a range of other supplements, and we’ve already reviewed Ladyboss Burn here at Human Window.

As we mentioned above, Ladyboss Fuel is available on Amazon for around $59, which certainly places it as one of the more ‘premium’ priced supplements out there right now.

The listing on Amazon promises that this product will work, or the manufacturers will give you your money back. It’s always good to see a manufacturer back up their product with a guarantee like that.

The promotional material goes on to say that Ladyboss Fuel uses a “potent yet elegant” blend of ingredients to help support your fitness goals.

The listing also underlines that fact that this product has been specifically formulated with women in mind, which is good news.

The tub of Ladyboss Fuel says that this product uses a “science-backed” formula to help deliver results.

It all sounds pretty good to us so far. However, we’re pretty much heard it all when it comes to claims made about supplements by their manufacturers.

Instead, it’s always better to focus on the important things such as the ingredients formula and customer reviews as we look to gain a better idea of how good a supplement is.

So, with that in mind, let’s now move on to the most important part of our Ladyboss Fuel review – the ingredients formula.

The Ingredients

Let’s kick off this key part by looking at the actual ingredients formula of Ladyboss Fuel, as written on the label.

The Ladyboss Fuel ingredients formula. Sadly, this product uses a proprietary blend

It was disappointing to see that Ladyboss have chosen to use a proprietary blend with this supplement.

This means that we don’t know the doses of most of the ingredients, which is far from ideal.

We generally recommend that you stay away from supplements that use proprietary blends, as we don’t think that there’s any reason for a supplement manufacturer not to be totally transparent with their customers about the doses of the individual ingredients.

• Caffeine – If you’ve read any of our pre workout reviews before, you’ll know that Caffeine is a common ingredient and one of our favourites. Most of the top pre workout supplements on the market contain at least some Caffeine, so it’s good to find it on the Ladyboss Fuel label. From the label, we can guess that there’s around 150mg of Caffeine per serving.

• Citrulline Malate – This is another good ingredient that we’re used to finding in the top pre workout supplements on the market right now. It’s an amino acid found in watermelons and is known for its use in many pre workout supplements. However, it’s disappointing that we don’t know the dose used because of the proprietary blend.

• Creatine – This is a relatively common pre workout and post workout ingredient. It’s a decent inclusion, although we have found that many women are looking for a pre workout that doesn’t use Creatine, as it’s sometimes associated with more male-focused supplements. It’s also not great that we don’t know the dose used because of the proprietary blend.

• Panax Ginseng – This is not the most common pre workout ingredient. That being said, we’ve found it in plenty of other supplements before and you can also buy Ginseng over the counter as a health supplement on its own. It’s not a bad inclusion in the Ladyboss Fuel formula.

• Rhodiola – Another decent inclusion. It’s a herbal extract which finds its way into a lot of the leading pre workout supplements out there at the moment. Not a bad inclusion.

• Vitamin B6 and B12 – We always like to see B Vitamins used in supplements like this, because they play an important role in supporting your overall health. In case you didn’t know, both B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy release and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

• Folic Acid – We’ve not come across Folic Acid in too many pre workout supplements before. It’s commonly found in foods and supplements and isn’t the worst inclusion in the Ladyboss Fuel formula.

What’s Missing?

Aside from the disappointing use of a proprietary blend, the Ladyboss Fuel pre workout formula is certainly not the worst one we’ve come across.

That being said, a few of our favorite ingredients didn’t make it into the supplement.

They were:

• Taurine
• Vitamin B5

It was a shame that these two ingredients weren’t included, but the Ladyboss Fuel formula is still a pretty good one, aside from the fact that it uses a proprietary blend.

Ladyboss Fuel Reviews

We looked on Amazon to see what customers are saying about Ladyboss Fuel.

At the time of writing this review, it had an average rating of 3.1 out of 5 stars from around 45 reviews.

One happy customer rated it five stars and said that it helped her to get the most out of her workout.

However, one customer was not at all happy as she rated it one star and said that the product arrived “hard as a rock” and was therefore unusable.

Overall, the reviews seemed to be pretty mixed. Some customers seemed to like it, and some didn’t.

What About Side Effects?

The majority of pre workout supplements like Ladyboss Fuel tend to be pretty safe because they only use commonly-used ingredients.

That being said, the overuse of stimulants such as Caffeine can clearly cause problems.

Generally speaking, we don’t recommend taking a pre workout that uses more than 100mg of Caffeine per serving.

As always, we strongly recommend that you do some of your own research into the ingredients before thinking about trying any new supplement for the first time.

Is This The Best Pre Workout For Me?

Ladyboss Fuel is not a bad option, but we don’t currently rate it as one of the very best pre workout supplements on the market right now.

That’s mainly because it uses a proprietary blend, which we don’t like to see.

The proprietary blend means that we don’t know the doses of most of the ingredients, and that’s not good.

Anything Else To Consider?

Remember that these kinds of supplements are designed to support you on your fitness journey – they are meant to support a healthy lifestyle.

It’s no good taking a supplement and expecting it to do all of the hard work for you.

Making sure that you’re sticking to a good diet, exercising regularly and getting plenty of rest should always be your first priority before thinking about any kind of supplementation.

Review Conclusion – Final Thoughts

So, here we are at the end of our Ladyboss Fuel review.

Overall, we think that this is a decent pre workout supplement for women.

It has some good ingredients, we just feel that it is let down by the fact that it uses a proprietary blend to hide the doses of most of the substances used.

The customer reviews are generally positive, although some people complained that the powder went hard and was difficult to use as a result.

Simply put, we don’t think that this is one of the very best pre workout supplements for women on the market right now.
