Lipo Cuts is a supplement made by Ab Cuts which is available to buy on Amazon and other online retail outlets.

It promises to help support your goals as you take responsibility for your body.

Before we get started, it’s important to realise that most of the supplements in this category, including the one featured on this page, have not been proven to help with fat loss and fat burning.

They are supplements designed to support your goals and that usually contain a number of plant extracts and other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.

We’ve made it our mission to take a close look at the leading supplements on the market right now to discover which are the cream of the crop and which ones you should avoid.

The purpose of this Lipo Cuts review is for us to take a close look at this supplement from all angles so that we can determine whether it’s one of the best supplements on the market, or if your money would be better spent elsewhere.

We've picked out the top five leading supplements on the market right now to support your goals.

So, let’s get down to business by starting this review by checking out the key facts that you need to know about this particular supplement.

Lipo Cuts – The Basics

The official marketing material on the Amazon listing says that Lipo Cuts has been designed to support your goals.

It is claimed to work in three main ways to help support you on your journey.

We always favor products which have been designed to work in multiple ways, because they tend to be more effective.

The official material also promises that you will “wake up rested” while taking this supplement.

This all sounds pretty good to us.

So, with the introduction out of the way, it’s time to see whether Lipo Cuts can live up to its own hype. Let’s begin by taking a close look at the ingredients formula to find out.

The Ingredients

Let’s begin this important section by taking a look at the full ingredients label of Lipo Cuts.

It was immediately disappointing to see that Lipo Cuts uses two proprietary blends. This means that we don’t know the doses of the individual ingredients used, meaning that it’s anybody’s guess as to how much of each substance is contained in each capsule.

We always recommend making sure that the supplement you choose does not use a proprietary blend, so that you know exactly what’s in each serving.

Let’s now take a look at the actual ingredients used in Lipo Cuts.

• Caffeine Anhydrous – Caffeine is a great ingredient for a supplement like this and you probably already know all about it. Fortunately, this is the only ingredient that Ab Cuts have provided the dose of in their blend, so we know that each two capsules contain 185mg of Caffeine.

• Sensoril Ashwagandha – Ashwagandha is a herb that has been used in ancient medicine for years. It is claimed to help with certain things That being said, there basically isn’t any evidence suggesting that it will help with the primary purpose of this supplement.

• Dandelion Extract – This plant extract has found its way into some of the supplements we’ve reviewed recently. We’re not huge fans of this ingredient and would have preferred to have seen something else used instead.

• Black Pepper Extract – Also known as BioPerine, this is a great addition to any supplement. That’s because it’s believed that Black Pepper Extract could help to boost the absorption of certain ingredients.

• Medium Chain Triglycerides – This is a fatty acid made by processing coconut and palm kernel oils in a laboratory. MCTs have been linked to some benefits, but there is very little scientific evidence to back this up, and so it’s unlikely to help very much.

• Safflower Extract – This ingredient has been included in Lipo Cuts because its rich in CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). CLA is believed to have some benefits, but there is little to no scientific evidence backing this up.

What’s Missing?

Lipo Cuts does contain a few decent ingredients, but there are also some key substances missing that prevent it from being classed as a truly high quality supplement.

Here are the main ingredients that are missing from Lipo Cuts in our opinion:

• Green Tea Extract
• Cayenne Pepper
• Glucomannan
• Green Coffee Bean Extract

It was really disappointing not to find any Green Tea Extract in Lipo Cuts, because it’s one of the best ingredients around. It’s a popular hot drink but you’ll also usually find it in the top products in this category.

It was also a shame not to find another key ingredient in this supplement – Cayenne Pepper. Cayenne is another great inclusion and you’ll usually find it in the top products in this category.

Glucomannan, meanwhile, is a dietary fiber extracted from the root of the Konjac Plant which is usually found in the top products in this category.

And Green Coffee Beans are rich in a substance called Chlorogenic Acid – and it was a shame not to find them included.

Lipo Cuts Reviews

We did some digging online to see what customers have been saying about the Lipo Cuts supplement.

We found only five Lipo Cuts reviews on Amazon at the time of writing this post, and it had a rating of 3.9 out of 5 stars.

One customer said that her husband loved this product, while somebody else said that it worked fine for them.

However, there were also some negative reviews. One person said that it offered poor results, and someone else said that it made them poop a lot.

What About Side Effects?

The problem with Lipo Cuts is that it uses a proprietary blend for most of its ingredients, meaning that we don’t know the doses of the substances used (apart from the Caffeine).

This isn’t good, especially when it comes to judging side-effects.

The good news is that the dose of Caffeine is a sensible one. 185mg should be enough to get you feeling energized without bringing about any of the nasty side-effects such as the jitters or an increase in anxiety.

The above said, we do always recommend that you do some of your own research into the ingredients used before taking a supplement for the first time.

Is This The Best Supplement For Me?

No. Lipo Cuts promised much, but the fact that it uses proprietary blends along with ineffective ingredients mean that we definitely do not class this as one of the best five supplements on the market right now.

Anything Else To Consider?

There simply is no magic pill when it comes to hitting your goals.

Your first strategy should always be to make sure that you’re training hard and eating right before considering any kind of supplement.

Supplements like this are designed to work in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet, so just taking one on its own is not going to have much effect.

That being said, if you are already sticking to healthy and sensible lifestyle principles, then adding a quality supplement to your diet can make a big difference.

Review Conclusion – Final Thoughts

That brings us to the end of our Lipo Cuts Ab Cuts review. Overall, we were quite disappointed with this product.

The good thing is that it uses a sensible dose of Caffeine.

But it uses proprietary blends to mask the doses of the ingredients used, and it’s also missing some key ingredients such as Green Tea Extract and Cayenne Pepper.

For that reason, we feel that there are some much better options on the market right now if you’re looking for a supplement in this category.
