It all sounds pretty good to us so far, but we prefer not to pay too much attention to what manufacturers say about their own supplements.
Instead, it’s generally a better idea to focus on the ingredients formula and the customer reviews to see where it stands.
So, with that in mind, let’s move on to the next important section in our Red Cell review.
Let’s begin this important section by taking a look at the actual ingredients label of Red Cell as shown on the box.
Firstly, we should praise The Protein Works for going against the trend and opting not to use a proprietary blend with this supplement.
This means that we have been clearly shown the doses of all the ingredients in the formula, so we know exactly how much of each ingredient has been included.

• Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) – This is one of the main ingredients in the Red Cell formula. CLA is thought to have a number of benefits. The Protein Works say that CLA is a “special” kind of fatty acid that has been used in a number of studies.
• Citrus Aurantium Another name for ‘bitter orange’ extract, this is another common ingredient for supplements of this type. However, we must say that we are not huge fans of it. We would have preferred to see something more proven used in its place.
• Caffeine – You probably already know all about Caffeine and its benefits. It’s a popular stimulant consumed by millions of people on a daily basis. We like the fact that Red Cell only uses 70mg of Caffeine per serving, which is a sensible dose.
The Red Cell formula is a pretty strong one. That being said, there were a few things we were disappointed not to find in this supplement.
For example, it was a shame that there was no Green Tea Extract included in this supplement. It’s one of our favorite ingredients for a product like this.
It was also slightly disappointing that this product didn’t use any more Vitamins and Minerals. It would have been nice to see Vitamin B12 included at the very least.

We took a look online to see what real customers were saying about Red Cell.
At the time of writing, it had 75 reviews on the official The Protein Works website, although it’s not clear if these have been moderated in any way or not.
One happy customer left a five-star review and said that it was a “great workout supplement” to help support their goals.
Many people also reported enjoying significant energy boosts by using this product.
There was not much in the way of negative reviews of Red Cell, which seems a little bit suspect to us.
What About Side Effects?

It has some good ingredients and positive reviews, but it falls short mainly because it’s missing things such as Green Tea Extract – and we’re not too sure about Citrus Aurantium.
