Ripped Rooster is a supplement made by a company called Hum Nutrition.
It’s marketed as a body support system to help support you on your fitness journey.
It contains just three ingredients to help to achieve its effects.
Before we get started, it’s important to realise that most of the supplements in this category, including the one featured on this page, have not been proven to help with fat loss and fat burning.
They are supplements designed to support your goals and that usually contain a number of plant extracts and other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.
Hum Nutrition have already got a few other supplements, and Skinny Bird is one that we’ve come across recently.
We all know that hitting your goals is not easy. The first things you should always do is make sure that your diet and training regime are on point before considering taking any supplements.
But if you’re already making the right lifestyle choices, then adding a so-called ‘fat burner’ supplement to your regimen could help.
The purpose of this Ripped Rooster review is for us to take a close look at this supplement to see where it stands in comparison to the best products on the market right now.
So let’s start off by taking a look at the basic things you need to be aware of when it comes to this supplement.

Ripped Rooster – The Basics
Ripped Rooster is a supplement made by Hum Nutrition.
It’s marketed as a product which has been formulated to help support you as you look to hit your fitness goals.
According to the official website, this product will help to optimize your workouts and act as a “faithful” assistant on your journey.
We’ve found that the best similar supplements on the market right now work in multiple ways, but it seems that Ripped Rooster has been formulated to work in one way only.
Let’s now take a look at the all important ingredients formula to see where this product stands compared to the other top similar supplements on the market right now.
Let’s take a close look at the actual ingredients label of Ripped Rooster to see what’s in it.
As you can see, this only used three ingredients to deliver its effects, which makes it one of the lighter fat burner supplements on the market right now in terms of ingredients.
Let’s now take a look at the three ingredients used in Ripped Rooster.
• Chromium – This is a solid ingredient for any supplement like this. It’s an essential mineral that is important for a number of reasons. In case you didn’t know, Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism as well as the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations.
• 7-Keto – This is something produced by metabolism of the prohormone dehydroepiandrosterone. There have been studies which suggest that supplementing with 7-Keto could help with certain things. However, we’ve not found it in too many of the supplements that we’ve reviewed recently and we don’t rate it as one of the best ingredients.
• Green Tea Extract – This is one of the best ingredients around. Green Tea Extract is a popular hot drink that’s also common as a supplement ingredient. You’ll usually find it in the top products in this category, so it was good to find it in the Ripped Rooster formula.
Ripped Rooster has one of the smallest ingredients lists we’ve ever seen for a fat burner supplement.
We do like the idea of keeping things simple, but the fact of the matter is that it’s going to be difficult for a supplement to deliver on its promises if it only has a few ingredients.
Here are some of the ingredients that Ripped Rooster is missing that would have made this a better product in our opinion:
• Cayenne Pepper
• Black Pepper Extract
• Green Coffee Bean Extract
Cayenne Pepper is one of the first things we look for when picking a supplement in this category. You’ll usually find it in the top supplements and so it was a shame not to find it in the Ripped Rooster formula.
Glucomannan, meanwhile, is a dietary fiber extracted from the root of the Konjac plant. Most of the top supplements include it and it would have been a good inclusion for Ripped Rooster.
Black Pepper Extract is a good ingredient for any supplement and it was another disappointed omission from Ripped Rooster.
And Green Coffee Bean Extract is another good ingredient because it’s high in Chlorogenic Acid.

Ripped Rooster Reviews
At the time of writing, Ripped Rooster is only available on the official website.
It doesn’t seem to be on Amazon at the moment and Ripped Rooster was not available on Sephora either, despite Sephora often stocking most of the Hum Nutrition products.
The only Ripped Rooster reviews we have found were on the official website, which isn’t ideal, because it’s not clear whether they’ve been edited or moderated.
Probably unsurprisingly, Ripped Rooster had a five-star rating on the official website based on 19 reviews.
Many people also seem split between choosing between Ripped Rooster and Skinny Bird – both of which are supplements made by Hum Nutrition.
Our honest thoughts are that there are some better other supplements on the market right now.
What About Side Effects?
The main side effects from these kinds of supplements tend to come from the over-use of stimulants such as Caffeine, In this case, that’s not going to be a problem because Ripped Rooster doesn’t contain any Caffeine or any other stimulants.
That being said, we do always recommend that you do your own research into the ingredients and side effects before taking a fat burner supplement for the first time.
It’s also always a good idea to speak to your doctor before thinking about taking a new supplement for the first time.
Is This The Best Supplement For Me?
Overall, we feel that there are better options on the market right now than Ripped Rooster.
This product simply doesn’t include enough of our favorite ingredients for us to consider it as one of the top supplements around right now.

Anything Else To Consider?
As we always remind our readers, there’s no magic supplement to get you your dream body. You should always make sure that you’re eating right and training hard before considering any kind of supplement.
That being said, picking a quality product to work alongside your gym routine and healthy diet can help to support your goals.
Review Conclusion – Final Thoughts
That brings us to an end of this Ripped Rooster review.
We have to say, we were a bit disappointed by this product. It held plenty of promise and it made some bold claims about helping to support your goals.
However, its ingredients formula left a lot to be desired. It only uses three ingredients, and is missing some of our favorite ingredients such as Cayenne Pepper and Glucomannan.
Simply put, we feel that there are some far better options to Ripped Rooster on the market right now if you’re looking for a quality supplement in this category.
