Our Sheer Thermo review is going to focus on all of the important things you need to know about this particular supplement as we look to see where it stands in relation to the top products on the market right now.
There are so many similar supplements on sale these days that it can be difficult to pick out the best products. Some of them are overloaded with stimulants such as Caffeine, and others simply use ineffective ingredients.
This review is going to give you a detailed look at Sheer Thermo so you can decide whether it’s a product you want to try, as we look to see where it ranks compared to our pick of the best so-called ‘fat burner’ supplements on sale right now.
Before we get started, it’s important to realise that most of the supplements in this category, including the one featured on this page, have not been proven to help with fat loss and fat burning.
They are supplements designed to support your goals and that usually contain a number of plant extracts and other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.
In particular, we’re going to concentrate on the Sheer Thermo ingredients formula, the customer reviews and the doses as we look to discover if this is a supplement worth using or not.
So, with the introductions out of the way, let’s start taking a closer look at Sheer Thermo, and the basic facts about this supplement.

Sheer Thermo – The Basics
As we’ve clearly already gathered, Sheer Thermo is a supplement made by Sheer Strength Labs. We’ve already reviewed the Sheer Test here at HUMAN WINDOW.
According to the product listing on Amazon, Sheer Thermo is a supplement designed for both women and men. There was no Sheer Thermo at GNC at the time of writing this review.
Each bottle of Sheer Thermo contains 60 capsules, which is a two-month supply. You are directed to take one capsule per day with your first meal of the day.
The promotional material claims that Sheer Thermo uses ingredients “hand picked” to help with your body goals.
The bottle of Sheer Thermo says that this product will provide a number of different benefits to support you on your journey.
The marketing material goes on to say that Sheer Thermo’s “powerful formula is designed to help you” as you look to hit your goals this year.
So, Sheer Thermo is certainly delivering when it comes to making the right claims about its benefits.
However, we prefer not to pay too much attention to the marketing hype and instead focus on the supplement ingredients and customer reviews as we look to see where the product really stands.
So, with that in mind, let’s now start to take a closer look at the actual ingredients formula of Sheer Thermo.
Let’s begin this part by taking a close look at the actual ingredients label of Sheer Thermo as printed on the bottle.
Firstly, we should salute Sheer Strength Labs for not using a proprietary blend with this supplement. That means that we know the exact doses of the ingredients used, as the manufacturer has been completely transparent with their customers.
This is great to see, as we always recommend staying away from supplements that use proprietary blends.
Let’s now start to focus on the main ingredients in Sheer Thermo to see exactly what this fat burner supplement is made of.
• Rhodiola Rosea – This is actually an ingredient that we’re more used to finding in the top pre workout supplements – but that doesn’t mean that it’s a bad inclusion in the Sheer Thermo formula. It’s a Scandanavian herb which has a history of use in Chinese medicine.
• Green Tea Extract – A solid ingredient for any supplement in this category. Green Tea Extract is a great ingredient and we always like to find it in products in this category.
• Coleus Forskohlii – This is not a bad inclusion in the Sheer Thermo formula. It’s a herb which has been used in traditional medicine. It has been linked to various benefits.
• Caffeine Anhydrous – A good inclusion for any supplement in this category. Caffeine is one of the most widely researched ingredients around and you probably already know all about its benefits.
• Bacopa Monnieri – This is an ingredient that we’re more used to finding in nootropic supplements. It’s a herb which is believed to help with certain things. It’s not a bad inclusion.
• 5-HTP – An abbreviation for 5-Hydroxytryptophan. It’s an amino acid that your body produces naturally. You can find it as its own supplement in many health stores.
• Yohimbine – A compound which is found in many supplements in this category. We are not huge fans of it because it is thought that it could cause adverse effects. It could also adversely interact with many pharmaceuticals. More research is needed here.
The Sheer Thermo formula is not a bad one. It contains good doses of solid ingredients such as Green Tea Extract and Caffeine Anhydrous.
That being said, Sheer Thermo also skips some of our favorite ingredients from the label. They are:
• Cayenne Pepper
• Black Pepper Extract
Cayenne Pepper is a great ingredient for any supplement in this category. You’ll find it in most of the top products in this category.
Glucomannan is a dietary fiber which comes from the root of the Konjac plant, while Black Pepper Extract is also a common ingredient for most of the top products in this category.

Sheer Thermo Reviews
At the time of writing, there were more than 1,800 Sheer Thermo reviews on Amazon. It had an average rating of 3.7 out of 5 stars.
One person rated it five stars and said that it helped them to get into shape by reducing their hunger cravings, as he also combined it with regular exercise and a good diet.
A negative review came from somebody who said that the product just didn’t give them the effects they were looking for.
What About Sheer Thermo Side Effects?
Many similar supplements are overloaded with stimulants such as Caffeine, and that can cause problems such as the jitters, increased anxiety and trouble sleeping.
However, the dose of Caffeine in Sheer Thermo is a relatively sensible one at 200mg. That said, we wouldn’t recommend taking this supplement too close to bedtime, as it could affect your sleep.
We do also always recommend that you do some of your own research into the ingredients yourself before trying ANY new supplement for the first time. You can never be too careful.
It’s also a good idea to speak to your doctor before trying any new supplement as well.
Is This The Best Supplement For Me?
Sheer Thermo has a decent formula, but it doesn’t make it onto our list of the best five supplements on sale right now.
It has solid ingredients such as Green Tea Extract and Caffeine, but it’s missing some of our favorites like Cayenne Pepper and Glucomannan.
It’s also a shame that you only take one capsule per day. Generally speaking, the leading supplements have multiple servings per day, because that means that your body is regularly being supplied with the ingredients.

Anything Else To Consider?
Just don’t forget that there is no such thing as a ‘magic pill’ to solve your body problems.
You should always make sure that you’re sticking to a good diet, getting plenty of rest and training hard before thinking about adding any supplement to your daily regimen.
That being said, a high quality supplement can make a big difference to your results if you’re willing to put in the hard work – both in the gym and in the kitchen.
Sheer Thermo Review Conclusion
So, here we are at the end of our Sheer Thermo review.
To summarize, we think that this is a decent supplement that has some solid ingredients such as Green Tea and Caffeine. It’s also good news that it doesn’t use a proprietary blend.
However, we don’t quite rate it as one of the very best products available in this category right now, because it’s missing some of our favorite ingredients.
