Xtreme Slim is a supplement made by Prime Labs which promises to help support you on your fitness journey.
We’re always looking to find out more about the latest supplements to hit the market, so naturally we wanted to know a bit more about Xtreme Slim.
Before we get started, it’s important to realise that most of the supplements in this category, including the one featured on this page, have not been proven to help with fat loss and fat burning.
They are supplements designed to support your goals and that usually contain a number of plant extracts and other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.
Prime Labs are one of the biggest names in the supplements industry and we’ve already taken a look at some of their other products such as Prime Test.
Xtreme Slim is available to buy on Amazon and some other popular outlets such as GNC, and it seems to be relatively well-received amongst consumers.
The purpose of this Xtreme Slim review is for us to take a close look at this supplement from all angles as we look to try and determine exactly where it stands in comparison to the leading products on sale right now.
We’re going to focus on all of the important aspects, from the ingredients, to the doses and customer reviews, as we look to determine exactly where this product ranks.
Xtreme Slim – The Basics
As we’ve already deduced, Xtreme Slim is a supplement made by Prime Labs which is available to buy at various online outlets including Amazon.
It claims to use an “advanced” formula to help support you on your journey.
The marketing material says that it is “jam-packed” with natural ingredients to help support your goals.
The official listing on Amazon says that this product will work in multiple ways to help you hit your goals.
It’s great to see that Prime Labs have formulated this product to work in multiple ways. Generally speaking, the best supplements on the market work in at least two ways.
Put simply, a multi-action product is going to be more effective than a supplement which works in just one way.
The Amazon listing says that Xtreme Slim is the supplement to help you to reach your “ideal” goals.
Of course, we’ve heard it all before when it comes to the marketing hype surrounding this kind of supplements, so it’s always best to take a look at the ingredients to see whether a product is actually going to be effective or not.
So with that in mind, let’s now start to take a look at the Xtreme Slim ingredients formula in detail to see exactly where this product ranks in comparison to the competition out there at the moment.
Let’s begin this part by having a look at the actual ingredients label of Xtreme Slim in full.
The first good thing we immediately noticed about the ingredients formula is that it doesn’t use a proprietary blend, which is always good news.
We always advise that you steer clear of products that use proprietary blends, because it means that you don’t know the doses of the ingredients used, which makes it difficult to judge effectiveness.
The interesting point about Xtreme Slim is that it uses exactly the same dose of 130mg per ingredient in its formula. We’re not too sure about this, because different ingredients need different doses in order to be effective.
Anyway, let’s now take a look at the actual ingredients that Xtreme Slim does contain.
• Green Coffee Bean – This is a solid place to start for any supplement in this category. Green Coffee Bean is among the best ingredients because it’s rich in a substance called Chlorogenic Acid. The only problem here is that the dose is a bit small. Most of the top supplements usually use at least 1000mg to be effective.
• Raspberry Ketones – Another decent ingredient. This an extract taken from the skin of raspberries which is thought to help with certain things. Raspberry Ketones is one of the main ingredients in Leanbean, which is currently our top rated female-focused supplement.
• Garcinia Cambogia – Again, this is another ingredient included in some of the top female supplements. You’ll find it in a lot of the similar products in this category.
• Caffeine Anhydrous – A good ingredient for any supplement like this. Caffeine is one of the most widely researched ingredients around and you probably already know all about its benefits. The 130mg dose is a sensible amount, as it should help but not bring about side effects such as the jitters or energy crashes.
• Green Tea Extract – One of the best ingredients you’re going to come across for a product like this. Green Tea is one of the most popular inclusions in a supplement like this and it’s also a popular hot drink. We always recommend that you look for Green Tea as an ingredient when choosing a product for yourself in this category.
The Xtreme Slim formula contains a few decent ingredients, it’s certainly also missing some of our favorite substances out there.
Here are the main things we were disappointed not to find in this supplement:
• Cayenne Pepper
• Black Pepper Extract
Cayenne Pepper is one of the most common ingredients for supplements like this. It’s one of our favorites and you’ll usually find it in the top products in this category. It’s a real shame that there was no Cayenne Pepper in Xtreme Slim.
Glucomannan, meanwhile, is another good ingredient. It’s a dietary fiber taken from the root of the Konjac Plant, and it’s usually found in the top products in this category.
And Black Pepper Extract (which is also sometimes known as Piperine) is a great addition for any supplement. Most of the leading supplements in this category contain at least some Black Pepper Extract.

Xtreme Slim Reviews
We did some digging online to uncover some Xtreme Slim reviews. At the time of writing, it had 29 reviews on Amazon with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars. That’s pretty good going, but we’d prefer to see more reviews on the site before drawing any conclusions.
One person said that they loved the product because it helped them to hit their goals.
Someone else reported that they had bought the product to help their sister and that they were glad to see that it worked.
There weren’t really any negative reviews on the Amazon listing, which we must say was a bit suspicious as most products tend to have at least some unhappy customers.
What About Side Effects?
The Xtreme Slim ingredients formula is a pretty safe one, so you shouldn’t have to worry too much about any nasty side effects.
The main problem with many supplements like Xtreme Slim is that they are often packed full of stimulants such as Caffeine. However, the sensible 130mg dose in Xtreme Slim shouldn’t cause any trouble for most people.
We do always recommend that you do some of your own research and look through the ingredients label yourself before trying any new supplement for the first time.
We do also recommend that you speak to your doctor before thinking about taking any new supplements for the first time.
Is This The Best Supplement For Me?
Not in our opinion. Xtreme Slim certainly does contain a few decent ingredients and it’s great that Prime Labs haven’t used a proprietary blend.
However, some of the ingredients are under-dosed and this supplement is also missing some of our favorite substances such as Cayenne Pepper and Glucomannan.

Anything Else To Consider?
A good supplement can offer a helping hand on your journey, but you should never rely on a product like this to do all of the hard work for you.
The first things you should always do when picking a supplement is make sure that your diet and training regime are both on point.
There is no substitute for hard work and dedication, and a good quality supplement should only be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle.
Review Conclusion – Final Thoughts
So, here we are at the end of our Xtreme Slim review.
Overall, we think that this is an OK supplement that contains a fair few good quality ingredients.
However, we don’t rate it as one of the very best five supplements out there right now because it’s missing some key things such as Cayenne Pepper and Glucomannan, and some of the ingredients are also under-dosed.
